Hanson Lake Property

Overview

In March 2025, Rokmaster entered into a definitive option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Hanson Lake Property located in the Fraser Lake area of BC just north of Highway 16. The Hanson Lake Property is a fully permitted, 5,349-hectare porphyry property, the northeastern-most property within Rokmaster’s Nechako Project.

The property is underlain mainly by granite, monzonite, and granodiorite of the Endako Batholith, a highly prospective intrusive complex that also hosts the past-producing Endako Molybdenum Mine (Centerra Gold) roughly 20 kilometres to the south. This geological setting supports the view that Hanson sits in a fertile mineral district with proven capacity to host large porphyry systems. A key feature of the property is its location near a major structural intersection, which may have supported more than one mineralizing event over time, creating the potential for several styles and periods of porphyry mineralization, including molybdenum as well as copper-gold systems.

Historical work, largely carried out by Endako Mines in the early 1970s, outlined multiple significant soil and geophysical anomalies across the property which have only seen limited drilling, leaving substantial room for follow-up exploration. Hanson’s three main zones, Wilson, Buckley, and Cyr, give Rokmaster multiple target areas to advance as we build out the broader Nechako opportunity.

Hanson Lake: 2025 Exploration Activities (Overview)

At the Hanson Property, Rokmaster completed its first dedicated field campaign in 2025, collecting 61 rock samples, 304 soil samples, and one geochronology sample, while expanding the Wilson and Buckley molybdenum anomalies and confirming encouraging porphyry-style alteration and mineralization.

Wilson Zone

The Wilson Zone Features a 900 x 800 m soil anomaly with high molybdenum (10-126 ppm) and copper (80-357 ppm) concentrations that remains open to the north, east, and west. In 1973 significant soil Mo-Cu anomalies and a coincident chargeability anomaly were discovered at the Wilson Zone. The soil anomaly area also hosts historical rock sample results up to 1.37% Molybdenum, 0.47% Copper, and 0.48 g/t gold. In 2012 an airborne magnetic and ZTEM survey shows a concentric magnetic low coincident with the soil and IP anomaly over the Wilson Zone coincident with the older geochemical anomalies with very little follow-up work. In 2015 later surface work collected multiple anomalous rock samples w/ results up to 1.37% Mo, 1.79% Cu, and 0.10 g/t Au.

Wilson Zone – Work Completed:

  • 2012 airborne magnetic and ZTEM survey
  • 2025 – First-phase fieldwork on Hanson, including rock sampling and expansion of known soil anomalies
  • 2025 – Across the Hanson Property, including the Wilson, Buckley, & Cyr Zones, initial prospecting and soil sampling collected 61 rock samples, 304 soil samples, and one sample for geochronology

Wilson Zone – Results/Findings:

  • 1973 – Significant Mo-Cu soil anomalies host historical rock samples up to 1.37% Mo, 0.47% Cu, and 0.48 g/t Au
  • A 900 x 800 m soil anomaly with high Cu-Mo concentrations open in 3 directions
  • 2012 – ZTEM survey shows a concentric magnetic low coincident with the soil and IP anomaly
  • 2012 – Airborne & ZTEM surveys imaged geophysical anomalies
  • 2015 – rock samples collected with up 1.37% Mo, 1.79% Cu, 0.10 g/t Au
  • Expansion of the Wilson Zone Mo-Cu soil anomaly
  • High Mo (10-126 ppm Mo) & Cu (80-357 ppm Cu) concentrations
  • Confirmation of fracture- and vein-hosted molybdenite mineralization and potassic secondary biotite alteration at the Wilson Zone.
  • Identification of potassic (biotite) alteration directly related to the molybdenite mineralization at the Wilson Zone.

Buckley Zone

The Buckley Zone is characterized by an extensive 1,500 x 1,500 m molybdenum soil anomaly (anomalous values ranging 10-71 ppm Mo) which remains open to the south and east. The Cretaceous Hanson Phase monzonite of the Endako Batholith largely underlies this anomaly, with several north-trending quartz feldspar porphyry dikes one of which returned 0.73 g/t Au in a grab rock sample directly east of the currently defined Buckley Zone soil anomaly. In 1973 Significant soil Mo-Cu anomalies at the Buckley Zone were generated by Endako Mines and tested with five shallow drillholes. A ZTEM survey completed in 2012 shows a magnetic low embayment in the mapped Early Cretaceous Hanson Lake phase of the Endako Batholith underlying this target.

Buckley Zone – Work Completed:

  • 2025 – Across the Hanson Property, including the Wilson, Buckley, & Cyr Zones, initial prospecting and soil sampling collected 61 rock samples, 304 soil samples, and one sample for geochronology

Buckley Zone – Results/Findings:

  • 1973 – Significant soil Mo-Cu anomalies found
  • 1,500 x 1,500 m Mo soil anomaly remains open south and east
  • Several north-trending quartz feldspar porphyry dikes returned 0.73 g/t Au in a grab rock sample directly east of the Buckley Zone soil anomaly

Cyr Zone

The Cyr Zone was defined in 1988-1990 on the Northern portion of the Hanson Property by a series of trenches, pits, and drill holes with samples returning elevated concentrations of silver, gold, lead, and zinc over a broad area and across large intervals. Mineralization at the Cyr Zone is described to be related to a silicified quartz feldspar porphyry unit hosting pervasive disseminated pyrite. Described to be underlain by a quartz porphyry unit with strong clay alteration and disseminated pyrite the Cyr Zone is characterized by strongly pyritic and clay altered Stern Creek diorite intruded by later phase(s) of quartz feldspar porphyry dikes. In summer 2025  several grab rock samples returned high levels of gold, silver, lead, and zinc.  Two mineral claims totaling of 75.5 hectares covering the western Cyr Zone were recently acquired 100% royalty-free.

Cyr Zone – Work Completed:

  • Historical drilling at the Cyr Zone did not penetrate deeper than 152.5 m
  • 2025 – Across the Hanson Property, including the Wilson, Buckley, & Cyr Zones, initial prospecting and soil sampling collected 61 rock samples, 304 soil samples, and one sample for geochronology

Cyr Zone – Results/Findings:

  • Shallow historical drillholes which intersected broad intervals of Au-Ag-Zn-Pb-Cu mineralization in a quartz porphyry
  • Grab sampling returned elevated gold, silver, and lead

Hanson Property Neighbouring Projects:

  • ~20 km north of the past producing Endako Moly Mine (Centerra)
